What is your Refund Policy?
We Do NOT offer refunds in most cases. Our current offerings consist of only the mailer and the community group that comes with the mailer.
The Mailer is a minimum 3-month commitment and the first 3 months will be either paid up front or through a plan negotiated with sales.
You can call or email us immediately after buying if you get cold feet and wish to recieve a refund, but once the first order for mailers is placed (usually 3-14 days after your purchase) You can not request a refund at that point, as the orders will have already been sent out to be fulfilled.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
The Mailers Service is a recurring subscription and will be brought up as such during the sales process.
We will notify and keep in contact with customers before renewal to make certain that people who wish to cancel are able to.
If anything, we may cancel you from the subscription on our own if the business hasn't made any effort to respond to us when we contact them simply to prevent payment disputes. If a customer wishes to initiate cancellation before we contact them again, you may do so by emailing us from the email which purchased the product, or messaging the head admin of the Skool Community.
